Super easy and delicious
I want to say that this is maybe one of my favorite sweet but healthy treats. The combo of yogurt, peanut butter, honey and chocolate chips… amazing! This dip is SUPER easy, can be adjusted based on whatever serving size you want (single serving or party dish!) and did I mention that it tastes amazing. Perfect for dipping apple slices or eating just like that with a spoon.
Yogurt Peanut Butter Protein Dip Recipe
Single Serving
1 single serving container of vanilla Greek yogurt (can use plant based yogurt as well!)
1/4 cup of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of honey
Chocolate chips
For extra protein add a serving of your favorite protein powder
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy! Super simple and you can adjust everything based on the serving size you need, how much you like the taste of peanut butter and how sweet you want it. You can even use unflavoured greek yogurt!
