2 weeks of daily workouts to keep you fit while we all #stayhome! This guide includes a calendar schedule as well as work along videos posted to my YouTube channel. Workouts include full body exercises, circuits and ab routines to keep your heart rate up and get you sweaty!
All you need is bodyweight, a chair or sofa and resistance bands. Exercises can also be done using dumbbells and low-impact variations will be provided where necessary!!
