Happy 2021, hope it’s off to an amazing start ๐ The New Year usually means new goals to crush and dreams to chase. If you don’t know, I am way into fitness and have been for quite some time but I haven’t worked out consistently for over 2 months now !! That is probably the longest I’ve ever gone without working out. So with the new year, I decided to get back into my fitness groove, set some goals and crush it not only physically, but mentally and spiritually. See for me, fitness goes wayyy beyond the physical and it really helps line up all aspects of my life.
Alright, let me get to the point here lol I get asked a lot about my fitness, the types of workouts I do and how other can achieve their own fitness goals. So I decided to share my exact workout training and style with you !! I’ll be following along with this guide too and will be posting workout videos, food and recipes and all that fun stuff to my instagram so make sure you’re following along there too !! @amianoella
This is a 6 week guide starting Monday, January 4th ‘2021, there is so much information in there about the guide including my workouts… duh, some of the food I tend to eat, some anatomy details and check-ins. Couple of things I want to mention:
- I am NOT a nutritionist.
- I do not consider myself a Personal Trainer (I did do a course back in the day, but I just don’t consider myself a PT… mostly because I never enjoyed training people in person lol)
- Like I said this is how I train. I train hard, I like to be intense and really push myself. These workouts are geared towards that. I also really love working out so I workout 6 days a week usually. Feel free to adjust based on your fitness level.
